We poured baking soda in water and stirred it up. We put the vermicelli in the water. Then we added vinegar. It took a minute and the vermicelli started rising and when they got to the top the bubbles popped and it went back down. – Ford
The bubbles of carbon dioxide went on the vermicelli and it started to carry it to the top. The bubbles popped at the top and the vermicelli went back down. – Noah
We made a rubber egg and bounced it. When it got about a foot off the ground, it popped when we dropped it. – Josh
